At D.S. Hair and Scalp Studio, our policies are in place to protect the integrity of your appointment and ensure a seamless experience for every client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Booking and Payments

Some services require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and allows us to dedicate the appropriate time and preparation to your service.

All payments and deposits are nonrefundable.

Pricing

Service pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and overall condition. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation and prior to the start of your service.

Our goal is always to deliver results that align with your expectations while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair.

Multiple Services

If you require multiple services and the booking system does not allow you to add them together, please list any additional services needed in the Notes section at checkout. This ensures adequate time is reserved for your appointment.

Cancellations and No Shows

All appointments are subject to a strict cancellation policy. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no shows, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or full service fee.

Due to the time and preparation reserved for each client, no refunds are issued for services rendered.

Guest Policy

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests attend your appointment. Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the studio unless prior approval is given. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
